# Leads & Sales

> Kanban pipeline, web-to-lead capture, CSV import, proposals, and estimates

## Lead pipeline

Found under **Staff → Leads**. Leads move through a drag-and-drop Kanban board, grouped by stage. Both **Lead Stages** and **Lead Sources** are admin-configurable lists (Admin → Lead Stages / Lead Sources), not fixed options — rename, reorder, add, or remove them to match how your sales process actually works.

## Getting leads in

* **Web-to-lead capture form** — a public form (no login required) you can embed on your own website; submissions land directly in your pipeline. Rate-limited against abuse.
* **CSV import** — bulk-import an existing lead list from Staff → Leads → Import.

## Converting a lead

Converting a lead creates a [Customer](/crm/customers) record from it. From there, the customer flow (invoices, projects, tickets) takes over.

## Proposals & Estimates

* **Proposals** are sent to a lead or a customer (never both on the same proposal) and can be accepted or declined by the recipient without logging in, via a public link.
* **Estimates** work the same way, and an accepted estimate can be turned directly into an invoice.

Both generate a PDF and notify you when the recipient responds.
