# Projects & Tasks

> Kanban boards, a Gantt chart, time tracking, and recurring tasks

Found under **Staff → Projects**. Every project belongs to a [customer](/crm/customers).

## Tasks

Tasks live on a Kanban board scoped to their project, and can also be viewed on your personal **My Tasks** board, which pulls together everything assigned to you across every project. A task can have:

* Multiple assignees and followers (followers get updates without being responsible for the work)
* Comments
* File attachments
* A fixed status (not admin-configurable, deliberately — the cross-project My Tasks board needs one shared vocabulary)

## Gantt charts

Two views: a **per-project Gantt** (`Staff → Projects → [project] → Gantt`) showing that project's task timeline, and a **per-staff Gantt** (`Staff → Staff Gantt`) showing one person's workload across every project they're on. Both support drag-to-reschedule directly on the chart.

## Time tracking

Log time against a task directly from its detail view.

## Recurring tasks

Set a task to repeat on a schedule (Staff → Recurring Tasks) instead of recreating it manually every cycle.
