# Reports

> Charted reports across sales, customers, leads, and expenses

Found under **Staff → Reports**, split into four tabs:

    Revenue over time and invoice status breakdown, computed from actual recorded payments — not the raw invoice status field, which can lag behind reality (an invoice marked "sent" that's actually overdue shows correctly as overdue here).

    Top customers ranked by revenue.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Leads" icon="filter">
    Conversion rates broken down by source and by stage, so you can see which channels and pipeline steps actually convert.

    Spend broken down by category over time.
  </Card>

Every chart is a real aggregation over your live data, not a static example — figures update as your data changes.
