# Billing

> Plans, usage quotas, and self-service subscription management

Found under **Billing**, on the tenant's own account.

## Plans & quotas

Plans are set up by you, the site owner, from [Admin → Plans](/seo/admin-guide#plans) — each with its own usage quota (how many audit reports a tenant can run). Tenants choose a plan at [signup](/seo/tenant-accounts#signing-up) or upgrade later from their own Billing page.

## Stripe Checkout & Billing Portal

If you've configured Stripe under [Admin → Integrations](/seo/admin-guide#integrations), plan changes go through a real Stripe Checkout session, and tenants manage payment methods and view invoices through Stripe's own hosted Billing Portal — not a custom-built billing UI.

## Coupons

You can create discount coupons from [Admin → Coupons](/seo/admin-guide#coupons) for tenants to apply at signup or upgrade.

<Note>
  Without Stripe configured, tenant accounts can still be created and assigned a plan manually from the Admin panel — self-service billing is optional, not required to use the platform.
