# Tenant Accounts

> How your customers sign up and use their own account

This platform is multi-tenant: each customer who signs up gets their own isolated account — their own tracked websites, reports, API tokens, and billing, invisible to every other tenant.

## Signing up

A visitor can sign up two ways:

* **General signup** (`/signup`) — creates an account, then picks a plan
* **Plan-specific signup** (`/signup/{plan}`) — a direct link into signup pre-selecting one plan, useful for linking from a pricing page

After signing up, a tenant lands on their own dashboard.

## What a tenant can do

* Track [websites and run audit reports](/seo/websites-and-reports) against their own quota
* Use the standalone [web tools suite](/seo/web-tools) — these aren't quota-limited the way full audit reports are
* Manage their own [billing and plan](/seo/billing)
* Generate their own [API tokens](/seo/api-and-webhooks) and register [webhook endpoints](/seo/api-and-webhooks#webhooks)
* Edit their own profile

A tenant never sees another tenant's websites, reports, or account settings — every query in the app is scoped to the authenticated account.
