# Websites & Reports

> Track sites and run SEO, security, and performance audits

## Adding a website

From **Websites → Add**, register a site you want to track. Once added, you can run audit reports against it at any time and see its report history in one place.

## Running an audit

An audit report checks a URL across three categories:

Reports run as a background queue job (see [Installation → Background processes](/seo/installation#background-processes)), so a report doesn't block your browser while it runs — you'll see it complete on the report's own page. Completion (or failure) also fires a `report.completed`/`report.failed` [webhook event](/seo/api-and-webhooks#webhooks) if you've registered an endpoint.

## Report history & export

Every report you've run against a website stays in its history. Individual reports can be exported as **PDF**, and your full website list can be exported as **CSV** (`Websites → Export`).
