# Team

> Inviting team members to your account

**Team** lets the account owner invite other people to work within the same account — composing and scheduling posts alongside them.

Only the account **owner** can manage [social connections](/social/connecting-accounts#connecting-an-account-tenant) — team members share the connected accounts and content, but can't add or remove which platforms are connected.

Account-level settings (like timezone, used for how scheduled times are interpreted) live under **Settings** and are also owner-managed.
