Team lets the account owner invite other people to work within the same account — composing and scheduling posts alongside them. Only the account owner can manage social connections — team members share the connected accounts and content, but can’t add or remove which platforms are connected. Account-level settings (like timezone, used for how scheduled times are interpreted) live under Settings and are also owner-managed.
