Multi-contact customers
A customer record represents a company, and can have any number of contacts attached to it — each with their own name, email, and phone. Any contact can be given login access to the Client Portal, where they’ll see everything tied to their parent customer: invoices, projects, and support tickets.Creating and editing
Customer create/edit forms let you add or remove contacts inline, in the same form — there’s no separate “add a contact” screen to navigate to. Saving replaces the full contact list with whatever’s currently in the form, so removing a row on save genuinely removes that contact’s access.Where customers show up elsewhere
A customer is the anchor point for most other data in the CRM:- Leads convert into a customer
- Invoices, estimates, and proposals belong to a customer
- Projects are scoped to a customer
- Support tickets are opened by one of a customer’s contacts
