Lead pipeline

Found under Staff → Leads. Leads move through a drag-and-drop Kanban board, grouped by stage. Both Lead Stages and Lead Sources are admin-configurable lists (Admin → Lead Stages / Lead Sources), not fixed options — rename, reorder, add, or remove them to match how your sales process actually works.

Getting leads in

  • Web-to-lead capture form — a public form (no login required) you can embed on your own website; submissions land directly in your pipeline. Rate-limited against abuse.
  • CSV import — bulk-import an existing lead list from Staff → Leads → Import.

Converting a lead

Converting a lead creates a Customer record from it. From there, the customer flow (invoices, projects, tickets) takes over.

Proposals & Estimates

  • Proposals are sent to a lead or a customer (never both on the same proposal) and can be accepted or declined by the recipient without logging in, via a public link.
  • Estimates work the same way, and an accepted estimate can be turned directly into an invoice.
Both generate a PDF and notify you when the recipient responds.
